eine wunderbar leichte Suppe, die uns sehr gemundet hat! Deine Idee mit dem grünen Apfel ist perfekt, der frische Zitronengeschmack (ich habe die Zitrone durch Ingwer ersetzt) macht ein sommerliches Ess-Vergnügen daraus.
